| Yamaha RZV500 This model kit was started during the 2025 Motorcycle Supershow, held at the International Centre, near Toronto Pearson airport. Basically an out of the box build with the usual added details. Base Kit(s): Tamiya Yamaha RZV500 (kit number 14037) Finished: Feb 2025 Modifications/Additions: - added mesh screen to lower front area of fairing - Top Studio throttle cable - 3D printed chain, from Falcon Scale Models - Most frame bolt heads replaced with Meng versions - Photoetch pieces for fairing bolt heads - Added kickstand spring and mounting plate - Custom printed license plate - Instrument 'glass' uses clear UV resin - Paint - Bodywork paint is Tamiya TS-26 pure white, from spray can - Stripes were masked and airbrushed with LP-7 Pure Red & TS-14 gloss black, airbrushed - wheels are TS-16 gold decanted & airbrushed, - frame is TS-17 gloss aluminum, decanted & airbrushed - Alclad polished aluminum on mufflers Click on Thumbnail to see detailed image.
